Steps
  1. Activate Antler Skulkin by paying 2, giving the nontoken white Vampire persist until end of turn.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Vampire, adding cc.
  3. The Vampire dies, triggering its persist ability and Cordial Vampire.
  4. Resolve the Vampire's persist trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Cordial Vampire trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each Vampire you control.
  6. Repeat.
Results
Infinite +1/+1 counters on each Vampire you control. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite death triggers. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
