Welcome to episode 155 of the Commander's Guild: "Ixalan.Dec". Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Bilal, Jason, and Doodle.

This week's random card is Throne of the Grim Captain with Sisay, Weatherlight Captain as the commander. This deck is Ixalan through and through. Focusing on Merfolk, Pirates, Dinosaurs, and Merfolk would be simple but we decided to stick specifically to legendary creatures in order to maximize Sisay's usefulness. Regardless, our plan is still the same: play big creatures, flip Throne of the Grim Captain, and profit.
