Octavia is definitely a breath of fresh air in terms of monoblue commander since it's used more for an aggro strategy than a control one. The deck is juggling doing multiple things with singular motions so it's very fun to pilot. Best of all, with the core concept of the deck, you can still build this on a super tight budget with very few changes.
