With Anje Falken discarding cards with Madness allows for extra value and additional card draw. Today we look at the face legend of the Merciless Rage Commander Deck to discuss themes that synergies with this Commander and it's abilities.

In the 99 Deck Tech’s are produced for the multiplayer Commander format. This decklist is one interpretation on how to build this legend.
