Hey folks! Submitted for your approval, we have the 3rd precon upgrade guide for the Dr. Who Universes Beyond set - this time covering the Blast From the Past Precon and its face commanders - The longest running doctor of the franchise and his companion - The Fourth Doctor and Sara Jane Smith.

In this upgrade guide we'll unsurprisingly be going all in on historic - building upon the base builds already formidable amount of Legends, Saga's, and Artifacts to get more reliable use out of our commander artifact token creation - particularly The Fourth Doctor, whose "Historic Sight" is a but lack luster out of the box due to the base build lacking a critical mass of historic targets for him to hit off the top. As such, we'll of course be adding in more historic permanents to the build, notably a LOT of historic lands for our Dr. to hit and a handful of ways to let us cast our spells at flash speed to get around both our commanders once per turn clause to generate us even more value. Then from there, we'll be adding in even more ways to generate value from and weaponize the artifact tokens we create – leaving us with a build that can generate an insane amount of value and board presence that is worthy of the longest lasting Doctor of the franchise.
