Cut-Rate Commander - Precon Upgrade Guide for the Masters of Evil Precon from The Universes Beyond Dr. Who Set. #mtg #edh #commander #mtgxwho

Hey folks! Submitted for your approval, we have the 2nd precon upgrade guide for the Dr. Who Universes Beyond set - this time covering the Masters of Evil Precon and its face commander - the Dalek Progenitor - Davros, Dalek Creator.

In this upgrade, we'll be focusing on enabling Davros's Villainous Choice against all our opponents as reliably as possible by going all in on Group Slug - aiming to deal at least 3 burn to them all each turn so we can either build tempo by generating card advantage or forcing our opponents to lose tempo by having them pitch cards. As such, we'll be adding in a massive wave of repeatable AOE burn / life drain sources to pick appear our opponents life totals, alongside further ways to enable our commander via adding including additional sources of hand attack to make Davros's Villainous choice even harder for our opponents and ways to copy his ability to get even more uses out of it - leaving with a ruthless and bloodthirsty build that even Davros would be impresses with, if not for the fact that it was built by a filthy human.

Let me know if the comments below if you agree with my choices and/or what you would add to the deck instead. Also, be sure to stick around until the end to see how to enter the giveaway for your chance to win and how to unlock sweet upgrades for it too!
