Hey folks! Submitted for your approval, we have the 1st precon upgrade guide for the Dr. Who Universes Beyond set - this time covering the Timey-Wimey precon and its face commanders - The 10th Doctor and Rose Tyler.

In this precon upgrade - we'll be focusing primarily on improving our ability to enable our commanders as much as possible - by adding in more suspend spells to empower Rose and for the 10th Doctor to tick down faster, including more suspend spells matter payoffs to generate us more value as our spells come off of suspend, and slotting in more ways to reliable allow Rose to get in for commander damage, as well as insure that she and the doctor stick around for as long as possible - leaving us with a suspend heavy build that more than capable of generating huge amounts of value while inflicting equally large amounts of commander damage – making it more than worthy of, arguable, the best doctor in the Whoniverse.
