Cut-Rate Commander - Episode 22 - Featuring Nihiloor
The Mind Flayer is taking some time off from the Dragon Heist and using his considerable psionic powers to join us on this weeks Cut-Rate Commander build from Adventures in the Forgotten Realms (AFR),

Theft is the name of the game is time around, as Nihiloor just wants to dig his psychic tendrils into the minds of any creature he can get his tentacles on to slowly drain their owners as we turn their creatures against them. So as you can image, we'll be running plenty of theft affects to steal our opponents creatures once they hit the board, letting our opponents do most of the work in summing them for us. But just because a creature isn't summoned doesn't mean that it can escape from our influence, as we'll be running plenty of ways to cast our opponents creatures taking them from their hands, decks, and even their graveyards - ensuring that not even death can prevent them from serving us. From there, we can just sit back and let our thralls overwhelm their former masters, all while Nihiloor burns them further and pads our own life totals in the process.
