Cut-Rate Commander - Precon Upgrade Guide for Obscura Operation & - Kamiz, Obscura Oculus from Streets of New Capenna #MTG # Streets of New Capenna
The most powerful Oculus from Streets of New Capenna has taken time off from spying on her enemies to lead our latest Cut Rate Commander build - where she'll be leading a horde of damage effect creatures, letting them slip past our opponents defenses to hurt them and help ourselves.

In this upgrade, we’ll be improving upon the core builds array of on damage effects to ensure we get the most value while simultaneously denying our opponents the most sources as our creature crack in for damage (either evasively or with double strike thanks to Kamiz). That means we’ll be adding plenty of creatures (and other sources) with potent damage triggers – ranging from draw and ramp for us to discard and spell steaking for our opponents, and additional ways to grant double strike and evasion outside of our commander – ensuring that every time our creatures connect our opponents lose more and more while we gain more and more until they get crushed with our superior resources.
