Cut-Rate Commander - Episode 58 - Featuring Ramses, Assassin Lord from Dominaria United
#mtg #mtgdominaria #mtgdominariaunited #edh #commander
The Imperial Assassin Ramses, Assassin Lord has stepped in from the past of Dominaria United to once again lead his cabal of assassins and remind the plane just why Nicol Bolas chose him to as his most valued assassin in the first place.
In this build, we’ll of course be aiming to win via Ramses ability to win us the game by causing a single opponent lose after we swing in with an assassin – which means we’ll be running plenty of assassins in this build to benefit from Ramses Anthem and proc his alternate wincon, as well as to pick off threats and protects us with their plethora of removal effects and access to deathtouch, alongside a decent number of tribal playoffs to get us even more value as we play and swing in with them. And to help make completing their contract even easier, we’ll be supplying our assassins with sources of player elimination and poison counter distribution to make taking out our target even easier – allowing Ramses and his cabal of assassins to take out unwary targets and secure our victory with ruthless efficiency.
