Cut-Rate Commander - Episode 24 - Featuring Storvald, Frost Giant Jarl
The frost giant monarch Storvald, Frost Giant Jarl will be joining us in the latest Cut-Rate Commander Build, but instead of leading a warband of giants, he'll be leading a army of the evasive kind.

Focusing on Bants strengths of having hard to block creatures thanks for flying and unblockable, as well as its ability to generate and multiply +1/+1 counters - this will be an aggressive build that will focus on dropping said evasive creatures and making them as big as possible. And to protect our boardstates. we'll be running plenty of means to keep our creatures alive, protecting them both targeted removal and wipes, or just preventing spells that would disrupt our boardstate from resolving in the first place. And when Storvald finally comes online, he'll both double down on that protection with his board wide Ward 3 and pump our creatures low base stats to enable them to take even bigger chunks out of our opponents life totals, all while ignoring their blockers.
