Welcome to a special Halloween Oathbreaker deck tech! This deck was designed around a random card, just like my Commander's Guild series, but with some slight tweaks. First, it's on a budget of $60 rather than $100 and the game was recorded for a charity stream for MagiKids along with Colin O'Clock (@ColinOClock on Twitter and https://www.twitch.tv/colinoclock on Twitch), Chris (@not_gruul_then on Twitter), and Phred (@fearphage on Twitter).

This week's "random" card (it was actually suggested by Neil Arnold on YouTube - a LONG time ago, sorry it took so long!) is Liliana, Death Mage. Since Liliana is great at recurring creatures, why not fill the deck with one specific creature that wants to be recurred? Or, better yet, why not fill the deck with 20 copies of the same card that want to be recurred? Relentless Rats.
