Welcome to episode 146 of the Commander's Guild: "I Bought a Commander Master's Pack and All I Got Was This Lousy Commander". Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Paul, Cole, and Luke.

This week's random card is Kaho, Minamo Historian and she's also the commander. Is is possible to build an entire commander deck for less than the cost of a Commander Master's pack? Yes, it is. Is it also possible for that same deck to win with infect and arcane shenanigans. Also yes.
