Fateseal.dec. Manipulating opponents top-decks with lantern control, while rigging our own top-deck for citadel value allows us to dominate the flow the game. This Circu control list uses mill to ruin our opponents draws and combo to kill the table when we're comfortable that they've suffered enough.
