Cut-Rate Commander - Episode 63 - Featuring Ratadrabik of Urborg from Dominaria United
#mtg #mtgdominaria #mtgdominariaunited #edh #commander
The oldest lich on the plane of Dominaria, Ratadrabik of Urborg, is emerging from Dominaria United to raise to army of legendary creatures and drag our opponents into the swamps of his home.
In this build, we’ll be using and abusing Ratadrabik’s ability to create non-legendary copies of our legendary creatures to flood the board with as many copies of our legends as possible – with special emphasis on legends that can create tokens themselves or pump our board to generate even more board presence for us. Of course, that means we’ll be running plenty of legends that will passively create additional tokens and power up said tokens with counter/anthems (as we’ll as a handful of stand-alone legends with oppressive abilities to work alongside them), alongside plenty of sac effects and reanimation/recursion effects to keep our legendary creates entering and leaving our graveyard – creating more and more copies of themselves as they do so until our opponents down in a sea of token “legendaries”.
