Gemstone Mine - Crowd Control (with Orzhov Voltron!)

One of the fundamentals of Commander gameplay is that cards which say "each opponent" or "on each player's upkeep" or other cards which scale to multiplayer are just better than those which don't. This week, we're going to delve into why that works, integrating several concepts into the theory of Crowd Control. To provide examples, we'll be using a battlecruiser deck that John has been having a ton of fun with which was built using Lessons from cEDH!
