Othelm, Sigardian Outcast must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Myr Battlesphere must be on the battlefield. Pemmin's Aura must be on the battlefield. Pemmin's Aura attached to Othelm. Othelm does not have summoning sickness. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere, adding .
2. Activate Othelm by paying and tapping it, returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
3. Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, creating four 1/1 Myr creature tokens.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Myr tokens, adding .
5. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Othelm.
6. Repeat.
