How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Mindless Automaton, adding one mana of any color. |
4 | Mindless Automaton dies, triggering its undying ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a total of six +1/+1 counters on it. |
5 | Repeat. |
