Steps
- Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing a nontoken Egg or a nontoken creature with changeling.
- When the creature dies, Atla Palani and Mortuary trigger.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting the creature on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Resolve the Atla Palani trigger, revealing the creature from the top of your library and then putting it onto the battlefield.
- Resolve the Viscera Seer ability from step 1, causing you to scry 1.
- Repeat.
