Steps
  1. Activate Ludevic by paying 1 and exiling Mirror-Mad Phantasm from your graveyard, transforming Ludevic into a copy of Mirror-Mad Phantasm with the name Olag, Ludevic's Hubris instead.
  2. Activate Olag by paying 1, shuffling Olag into your library and putting your library into your graveyard due to it not containing a card named Mirror-Mad Phantasm in it.
  3. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two cards and you to win the game due to drawing from an empty library.
