  2. Cast Chain Stasis by paying , targeting the mana-producing creature.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness.
  4. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Cerulean Wisps from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Resolve Chain Stasis, untapping the mana-producing creature.
  6. Activate a mana-producing creature by tapping it, adding at least .
  7. Cast Cerulean Wisps by paying , targeting the mana-producing creature.
  8. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness.
  9. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Chain Stasis from your graveyard to your hand.
  10. Resolve Cerulean Wisps, untapping the mana-producing creature and causing you to draw a card.
  11. Repeat.
