Steps

1. Activate Mimic Vat by paying , creating two token copies of Deceiver Exarch with haste.
2. The Deceiver Exarch tokens enter the battlefield, untapping Mimic Vat and any other permanent you control.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing both Deceiver Exarch tokens, adding .
4. Repeat.
