Biovisionary must be on the battlefield. Finale of Promise must be in hand. Twinflame must be in the graveyard. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Finale of Promise by paying , causing you to cast Twinflame from your graveyard without paying its mana cost and copying it twice, with all spells targeting Biovisionary.
2. Resolve all Twinflames, creating three token copies of Biovisionary.
3. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary you control triggers, and Twinflame triggers three times.
4. Resolve the first Biovisionary trigger, causing you to win the game.
