Steps
  1. Cast Rancor by paying , attaching it to any creature you control.
  2. Rancor enters the battlefield, triggering Historian's Boon's first ability, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature with Rancor attached, adding .
  4. Rancor leaves the battlefield, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers. Infinite storm count.
