Queen Allenal of Ruadach must be on the battlefield. Twilight Drover must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Twilight Drover has at least one +1/+1 counter on it. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Twilight Drover by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating two 1/1 Spirit creature tokens with flying and a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing the Spirits and Soldier, adding .
3. When the Spirits and Soldier die, Twilight Drover triggers three times, putting three +1/+1 counters on itself.
4. Repeat.
