Requires
Captain Sisay must be on the battlefield. Mind Over Matter must be on the battlefield. Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre must be in the library. Captain Sisay does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
  1. Activate Captain Sisay by tapping it, searching your library for Ulamog and putting it into your hand.
  2. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding Ulamog, targeting Captain Sisay.
  3. Ulamog triggers, shuffling your graveyard into your library.
  4. Resolve the Mind over Matter ability, untapping Captain Sisay.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite self-discard triggers.
