Chronozoa has at least one time counter on it.
7, plus an additional 1 available if you control exactly one additional Illusion, or an additional 3 available if you do not control another Illusion available

   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying 7, causing you to time travel three times, removing all time counters from each Chronozoa you control.
2
Each Chronozoa triggers.
3
Resolve the first trigger, causing you to sacrifice the triggered Chronozoa.
4
When Chronozoa dies, it triggers, creating two token copies of itself that each enter with three time counters.
5
When the Chronozoa tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, adding for each Illusion you control.
6
Repeat from step 3 for each remaining trigger, if applicable.
7
Repeat from step 1.
