Baral's Expertise must be in hand. Dockside Extortionist must be on the battlefield. Lithoform Engine must be on the battlefield. Leyline of Anticipation must be on the battlefield. Opponents control at least six artifacts and/or enchantments. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Baral's Expertise by paying .
2. Holding priority, activate Lithoform Engine's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying Baral's Expertise.
3. Resolve the copy of Baral's Expertise, returning Dockside Extortionist and Lithoform Engine from the battlefield to your hand, and casting Lithoform Engine from your hand without paying its mana cost.
4. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying .
5. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least six Treasure tokens.
6. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing those, adding three mana of any color.
7. Repeat from step 2.
