How does this combo work?
1
Activate Orthion's second ability by paying 6 and tapping it, creating five token copies of Patron of the Arts with haste.

When the Patron of the Arts tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating five Treasure artifact tokens.

Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing the Patron of the Arts tokens, adding 2.
4
When the Patron of the Arts tokens die, they trigger, creating five Treasure artifact tokens.

Activate seven Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 7.
6
Activate Sword of the Paruns by paying 3, untapping Orthion.
