Stormsplitter must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Recruit the Worthy must be in hand. Mana needed: at most, depending on how many Stormsplitters you control

Steps

1. Csat Recruit the Worthy with buyback by paying .
2. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating that many token copies of Stormsplitter.
3. Resolve Recruit the Worthy, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token and returning Recruit the Worthy to your hand.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Soldier, adding .
5. If you control at least 6 Stormsplitters, activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Stormsplitter tokens, adding .
6. Repeat.
