Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Mitotic Slime, adding .
2. When Mitotic Slime dies, it and Enduring Renewal triggers.
3. Resolve the Mitotic Slime trigger, creating two 2/2 Ooze creature tokens.
4. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Mitotic Slime from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Oozes, adding .
6. When the Oozes die, they trigger, creating four 1/1 Ooze creature tokens.
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Oozes, adding .
8. Cast Mitotic Slime by paying .
9. Repeat.
