Carth the Lion must be on the battlefield. Liliana Vess must be on the battlefield. Beacon of Tomorrows must be in hand. Spark Double must be on the battlefield (as a copy of the legendary creature.). Spark Double is a copy of Carth the Lion. Mana needed: each turn

Steps

1. Cast Beacon of Tomorrows by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one and shuffle Beacon of Tomorrows into your library.
2. Activate Liliana Vess's second loyalty ability by removing zero loyalty counters from it, searching your library for Beacon of Tomorrows, then shuffling your library and putting it on top.
3. Move to your next turn, drawing Beacon of Tomorrows during your draw step.
4. Repeat.
