Steps
  1. Activate Niv-Mizzet by tapping it, causing you to draw a card.
  2. Niv-Mizzet triggers, dealing 1 damage to a creature an opponent controls, and destroying the creature due to Niv-Mizzet's deathtouch.
  3. The creature dies, triggering Thornbite Staff, untapping Niv-Mizzet.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
Results
Destroy all creatures that enter the battlefield under an opponent's control. Destroy all nontoken creatures opponents control. Near-infinite card draw. Near-infinite draw triggers.
