Steps

1. Cast Time Warp.
2. Hold priority and activate Isochron Scepter.
3. Cast the copy of Narset's Reversal, targeting Time Warp.
4. Resolve the copy of Narset's Reversal.
5. target yourself with the copy of Time Warp.
6. Resolve the copy of Time Warp.
7. With Time Warp in hand, pass the turn to yourself.
8. Repeat.
