Dockside Extortionist must be in hand. Dualcaster Mage must be in hand. Step Through must be in hand. Vedalken Orrery must be on the battlefield. Opponents control at least six artifacts and/or enchantments. There is at least one other creature on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying .
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least six Treasure tokens.
3. Activate five Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
4. Cast Step Through by paying , targeting any two creatures.
5. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying .
6. When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Step Through, targeting Dockside Extortionist and Dualcaster Mage.
7. Resolve the copy of Step Through, returning Dockside Extortionist and Dualcaster Mage from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Repeat steps 1-3 one additional time.
9. Repeat from step 5.
