Steps

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying .
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least ten Treasure tokens.
3. Activate seven Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
4. Cast Leave by paying .
5. Holding priority, activate Lithoform Engine's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying Leave.
6. Resolve the copy of Leave, returning Dockside Extortionist and Lithoform Engine from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying .
8. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least ten Treasure tokens.
9. Activate nine Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
10. Cast Lithoform Engine by paying .
11. Repeat from step 5.
