Steps

1. Cast Underworld Hermit by paying .
2. Underworld Hermit enters the battlefield, creating at least six 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Underworld Hermit, adding .
4. Underworld Hermit dies, triggering Enduring Renewal, returning Underworld Hermit from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing five Squirrels, adding .
6. Repeat.
