Steps

2. Activate Vilis by paying and 2 life, targeting any creature.
3. Vilis triggers, causing you to draw two cards.
4. Curse of Fool's Wisdom triggers twice.
5. Resolve one Curse of Fool's Wisdom trigger, losing 2 life and gaining 2 life.
6. Vilis and Vizkopa Guildmage's ability trigger.
7. Resolve the Vizkopa Guildmage's ability's trigger, causing each opponent to lose 2 life.
8. Resolve the Vilis trigger, drawing two cards.
9. Repeat from step 4.
