Steps

1. Activate Lotus Field by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Burst of Energy without paying its mana cost, targeting Isochron Scepter.
3. Swarm Intelligence triggers, creating a copy of Burst of Energy, targeting Lotus Field.
4. Resolve both Burst of Energies, untapping Isochron Scepter and Lotus Field.
5. Repeat.
