Requires

Isochron Scepter must be on the battlefield. Pull from Eternity must be in exile (exiled by Isochron Scepter). Kess, Dissident Mage must be on the battlefield. Expropriate must be in hand. Mana needed: each turn

Steps

1. Cast Expropriate by paying , causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one and exile Expropriate.
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Pull from Eternity without paying its mana cost.
3. Resolve Pull from Eternity, putting Expropriate into your graveyard from exile.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Cast Expropriate from your graveyard by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one and exile Expropriate.
6. Repeat from step 2.
