How does this combo work?

3 | Cast Mystic Reflection by paying , causing the next creatures or planeswalkers to enter the battlefield this turn to enter as copies of Leveler. |
4 | Cast Alliance of Arms by paying , paying at least as it resolves and causing each player to create a number of Leveler tokens equal to the amount of mana paid. |
5 | Each of the token copies of Leveler enter the battlefield, triggering themselves, exiling their controllers' libraries. |
