How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, tapping target creature an opponent controls. |
3 | Hylda of the Icy Crown triggers, causing you to pay to scry 2 and draw two cards. |
4 | Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent. |
5 | Repeat. |
6 | You may also repeat this loop during each turn. |
