How does this combo work?

2 | Activate a Jace token by putting no loyalty counters on it, putting a loyalty counter on it and the other Jace token. |
3 | Repeat step 2 using the other Jace token. |
4 | Activate a Jace token's third loyalty ability by removing five loyalty counters from it, creating two token copies of Jace that aren't legendary. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
