Lonis, Genetics Expert must be on the battlefield. Rosie Cotton of South Lane must be in hand. You control at least one additional creature, or have a way to remove Lonis and/or Rosie from the battlefield. Steps

1. Cast Rosie by paying .
2. When Rosie enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a Food artifact token.
3. Rosie's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Lonis.
4. Lonis' second ability triggers, creating a Clue artifact token.
5. Repeat from step 3.
6. Once you would like to break the combo, you may use Rosie's trigger to put a +1/+1 counter on any creature you control except Lonis, or you may remove Lonis and/or Rosie instead.
7. NOTE: A failure to break the combo will force the game to end in a draw due to a mandatory infinite loop.
