Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities. |
2 | Activate Spike Feeder's second ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, causing you to gain two life. |
3 | Lisette triggers, causing you to pay  to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. |
4 | Repeat. |
