Bladewing the Risen must be in hand. Dual Nature must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Bladewing by paying .
2. Bladewing enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Dual Nature's first ability.
3. Resolve the Bladewing trigger, returning any Dragon from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Dual Nature trigger, creating a token copy of Bladewing.
5. Put the nontoken Bladewing from the battlefield into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
6. Dual Nature's second ability triggers, exiling the Bladewing token.
7. The token Bladewing enter-the-battlefield ability triggers, returning the nontoken Bladewing from your graveyard to the battlefield.
8. Repeat from step 2.
