What do I need to start this combo?
- All permanents on the battlefield (Etrata without summoning sickness on the battlefield and Roaming Throne with "Vampire" or "Assassin" chosen on the battlefield).
- Etrata is not your commander.
- An opponent controls three nontoken creatures that they own and that are not commanders.

Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Deal combat damage to an opponent using Etrata, triggering its ability twice due to Roaming Throne.
- 2Holding priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying either of Etrata's triggers.
- 3Resolve all Etrata triggers, exiling three creatures an opponent controls and putting hit counters on them, and then causing that opponent to lose the game.
