2 | Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Magistrate's Scepter's ability. |
3 | Resolve both Magistrate's Scepter's abilities, causing you to take two extra turns after this one. |
4 | Move to your next turn. |
5 | Activate Magistrate's Scepter's first ability by paying  and tapping it. |
6 | Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Magistrate's Scepter's ability. |
7 | Resolve both Magistrate's Scepter's abilities, putting four charge counters on it. |
8 | Move to your next turn. |
9 | Repeat. |
