Nekusar, the Mindrazer must be on the battlefield. Echo of Eons must be in hand. Glistening Oil must be on the battlefield. Glistening Oil attached to Nekusar. Mana needed: if each opponent has three or more poison counters, or otherwise

Steps

1. Cast Echo of Eons by paying , causing each player to discard their hands and draw seven cards.
2. Nekusar triggers for each card your opponents draw.
3. Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to get a poison counter.
4. If the opponent has ten or more poison counters, they lose the game as a state-based action.
5. Repeat from step 3 for each remaining trigger.
6. If needed, cast Echo of Eons from your graveyard for its flashback cost by paying , causing each player to discard their hands and draw seven cards.
7. Repeat from step 2.
