Shipwreck Dowser must be in hand, on the battlefield, in the command zone, in exile, in the graveyard, or in the library. Progenitor Mimic must be on the battlefield. Temporal Manipulation must be in hand. Mana needed: each turn

Steps

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Move to your next turn.
3. At the beginning of your upkeep, Progenitor Mimic triggers, creating a token copy of itself that enters the battlefield as a copy of Shipwreck Dowser.
4. The Progenitor Mimic token enters the battlefield, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.
